Looks very friendly, yet professional; the Arch A is too sharp though; couldn't you make the three points a bit curvey and softer; to show AB is a bit more relaxed and mellower?

I used one of the existing ArchBang images for the A. I don't think I'm talented enough to fix the A without ruining it. hahaha!! Maybe someone like Conker1r can touch it up?

I believe you can buy sticker sheets for inkjet printers. I haven't looked into it yet, but I thought it would be fun to make some stickers myself and plaster them on my laptop before I attend another linuxfest (or similar). It is fun watching people drool over stickers and ask where they can get their own.
I also thought it would be fun to put some on my work computer (which is not running Linux), but I might have to be a little more discrete about that!
