how do i setup Undecorating by default on login

i want my windows to automatically set "undecorate" when i login and open new windows. can anyone tell me how?

In rc.xml:

         <decor>no</decor>
    </application>
...

The above will work and you can then make a bash script called from a keyboard command that alters this setting and reconfigures Openbox - Thus a key command to toggle Decorate and Undecorate.
