install

So I have tried the fast install and the menu, I get to a point where I need to build the mkinitcpio but it ==> ERROR: Failed to load preset: `/etc/mkinitcpio.d/linux.preset'.  What am I missing, this is he openrc archbang.  I set up the encrypted partitions, mounted the folders like normal and ran fast-install, did all the normal setup and adding user than it fails with that.

Also with the fast install does it copy over the boot loader?

Fast-install is a very basic quick and dirty install script. It basically copies over system image to desired device. Bootloader will need to be setup for it to work.

Re: install

You should be able to under chroot, only be aware that Openrc uses lts kernel not mainline arch one.

Not tested fast install with Openrc version... as it copies over image file I see no issues apart from mkinitcpio (maybe edit script) or post issues here.
