Its my birthday

I know its Off Topic but carry on reading!

Had planned on a new release today (my birthday!!) but a recent update to perl has broken archlinux-xdg-menu. Switched out midori for Firefox, new background and a few other small changes.

Hopefully sometime this week it will be fixed and I can release a new autumn iso.

Thank you all for your continued support and thanks goes to the Artix team for all there hard work

Re: Its my birthday

Happy Birthday MrG.

Yes I just saw this perl announcement and wondered. Thank you for resolving this issue.
BTW will all your future releases be Artix (non-systemd)? I am confused by the RC nomenclature.

My regards.

Re: Its my birthday

Also FYI, I have successfully install AB (systemd) onto Intel NUC7i3 box.
Secure boot was disabled. Still using grub on legacy SSD/HDD format.

There are no issues with NUC using legacy drives without secure-boot.
Only issues are trying to figure out the BIOS boot sequence without any manual provided.

My regards.
