I will be doing the same with the Arch-OpenRC project. The iso that I generated this month is 64bit only. I will continue to update i686 packages for the next 9 months just like arch linux. After that i686 will not be supported any longer for the project.

Personally this will make life much easier, I won't have to compile all the packages twice. Supporting both 64bit and 32bit has doubled my workload, so personally I see this as a really nice way to make the project easier to maintain.

finally smile. Many people has asked me to support i686 for obarun, but well, to much work and we are on 2017 , time to pass to another technology smile
So welcome to the unsupported i686 distro lol
