Migrate to Systemd

Well im back to the linux scene after a while and im too rustybut trying to remember things back. So this new systemd thing ha taken over arch and as much as I love the option provided by the team here for init or systemd , i am in the habit of updating my system pretty often hence in my last install of Ab about 15 days ago , I migrated to systemd from the base install from AB ISO. My question is , after the move are there any old init files still in use/left on the system ? Is there any manual intervention required to cleanup after choosing to go the systemd way ( I really dont want to though and am considering distro-hopping again). When I upgraded everything seemed seamless but I dont know if any residues are left behind.
