Random FluxBB errors ?

This is by no means a major issue, but lately I've noticed that when I'm moving around the Forum here, I'll get the odd "Error / FluxBB",
and then the web page will just go blank with the below mysql error (which is of course on the server-side, and not the client side):

An error was encountered
Error: Unable to connect to MySQL and select database. MySQL reported: Can't con
nect to local MySQL server through socket '/var/lib/mysql/mysql.sock' (2).

maybe the fluxBB server is too busy ?, and/or if no one else gets these errors, then it's likely my ISP and their network to blame again -Lol.

I am pretty sure that is the same error i get.  I just go back a page and click on it again.  I thought it was bandwidth or computer issue as well, but it appears to be host related.
