Gnome3 notifications on the panel are invisible

they are there, i can click them. But i cannot see them. Also there are small things here and there, for example the scroll icons in settings have no holder. and i cannot see the slide buttons too. i installed AB and then on top of that i installed gnome3. i want to keep both OB and Gnome. im sorry but i used the shortcut for gnome3+arch using AB. so im not sure whats wrong and where? and it should be obvious im a n00b by now. so can someone help?
