@Mr G
yes I read your comment, and I agree, without "pacman-key ... " his "How To Build a Killer ArchHat ..." won't be going anywhere.

Re: Uh oh! Lifehacker is at it again...

That's ok,  if Whitson review's an "archbang-12.03", it'll be 3 lines:

-Full ArchBang! install, in under 6 minutes.
-then just "pacman -S <To your heart's content>"
-Enjoy / Done !

wink

@scjet hit the link you know you want too smile  but I think Whitsons article is more about actually installing from scratch and learning about Linux.

Re: Uh oh! Lifehacker is at it again...

Actually, it's because of Whitson's older original "How to ...Arch" article, that I even found Arch, ..., and ArchBang.
@Mr Green
Ok, I "hit your link", now you read mine:
[EDIT1]: In other words, for me, I went from 1st ArchBang! (ahh ok, that's how it's done) -> to Arch -> then back again to ArchBang!.
ArchBang! makes it easier for "n00bs" to get their feet wet, AND, understand Arch.
Never forget that !,
It's because of YOU, and others here, on this "Archbang! Forum", who have helped me many times over, that I will always be appreciative, (that's why we're all here too).
[EDIT2]: Whereas, NOBODY, really helped me on the "Arch Forums", (unless their EGO-posting stats' were in question), except for a very select few that actually cared.
imho.

Needless to say, I've always liked Whitson's reviews, and articles.
