Add in your /home/user/.fluxbox/styles/stylename/theme.conf or in /usr/share/fluxbox/styles/spatula/theme.conf (as example)
add to the menu section:
menu.roundCorners: TopRight TopLeft BottomRight BottomLeftand to the window section:
window.roundCorners: TopRight TopLeft BottomRight BottomLeftSigh; finally a dream come true, (sigh again, blinking eyes): rounded corners....

I use "Clearlook2 Blue" as my main style for a long time now, one that uses the round corners.
Sane and plain, easy on the eyes. There are three rounded Clearlooks2 Themes in package,
Clearlooks2-Blue, Clearlooks2-Azure, and Clearlooks2-Black.
